ESSEC Asie-Pacifique

Implanté à Nepal Hill, au cœur de one-north (la "Silicon Valley" de Singapour), l'ESSEC aspire à devenir le leader dans l’enseignement des affaires dans la région Asie-Pacifique. Fondé en 2005, il s'agit du premier campus de l'ESSEC en dehors de la France. Singapour a été choisi pour sa position stratégique en tant que porte d'entrée de l'Asie, ainsi que pour son dynamisme notamment dans les domaines de la finance, de la logistique et des technologies de l'information.

Le campus est au cœur d'une communauté dynamique, en pleine effervescence, composée d'investisseurs, d'innovateurs, d'étudiants, de chercheurs et d'entreprises de médias. Il accueille des entreprises de R&D, de technologie et de médias de classe mondiale.  Des organisations telles que le Centre d'innovation P&G, A*STAR, The Walt Disney Company (Asie du Sud-Est), Canon, Fujitsu Asia, Garena et Ubisoft y sont installées.

L'environnement stimulant du campus de l'ESSEC Asie-Pacifique favorise la mise en place de formations pertinentes et  de qualité dispensées aux étudiants et aux participants, cette dynamique encourage également les partenariats avec des institutions académiques et des entreprises, et mène à des initiatives de recherche influentes.

L'ESSEC est une école de commerce orientée vers la recherche, dirigée par un corps professoral constitué d'experts influents et reconnus au sein d'une communauté internationale, possédant un large éventail de compétences. Les professeurs sont investis dans le partage de leur expertise et contribuent régulièrement à la création de programmes exécutifs, à l’animation de conférences et de forums...

Issus des institutions les plus prestigieuses du monde, les professeurs de l'ESSEC représentent une expertise académique de grande qualité et de renom. Vingt-et-un professeurs permanents sont basés sur le campus Asie-Pacifique.

 

Le campus de l'ESSEC Asie-Pacifique est implanté à Singapour, une métropole dynamique reconnue pour son environnement urbain, sa diversité culturelle et sa connectivité régionale. Surnommée la "cité-jardin" de l'Asie, Singapour offre un paysage urbain verdoyant et une multitude d'endroits à découvrir.

À proximité du campus de l'ESSEC, on trouve des centres commerciaux et des zones de restauration animées comme The Star Vista et Timbre+. Singapour possède une scène artistique riche se produisant dans des lieux tels que le Civic District, Clarke Quay, Gardens by the Bay, l'Esplanade et les jardins botaniques. Cité-état sûre, dynamique et agréable, Singapour a plusieurs visages et offre de nombreuses expériences, tandis que sa position stratégique en fait une passerelle vers les principaux centres d'affaires de l'Asie-Pacifique.

Inauguré le 4 mai 2015, le campus Asie-Pacifique de l'ESSEC a été conçu par l'ancien urbaniste en chef de Singapour et architecte de renom, le Dr Liu Thai Ker, symbolisant la fusion des styles architecturaux européen et asiatique.

Le campus a été conçu pour offrir une expérience d'apprentissage agréable et propice à l’apprentissage. Avec en toile de fond la verdure de Nepal Park, nos salles de classe, notre cafétéria, nos espaces d'étude, nos salles de réunion, notre K-lab et la bibliothèque de recherche de pointe de l'ESSEC offrent des installations de qualité qui offrent une expérience académique d'exception.

Le Knowledge Lab (K-lab) est un ensemble de ressources, d'équipements et de services de pointe destinés à soutenir la communauté de l'ESSEC. Avec pour objectif principal d'améliorer l'enseignement et la recherche, le K-lab s'engage à fournir et à diffuser du matériel pédagogique, à produire du contenu vidéo, à aider le corps enseignant avec des outils numériques et à mettre en œuvre des approches pédagogiques innovantes afin de créer une expérience académique enrichissante pour tous.

En poursuivant sa transformation en un campus respectueux de l'environnement, l'ESSEC Asie-Pacifique souhaite ouvrir la voie à un avenir meilleur pour notre monde.

De nombreuses initiatives en faveur de l’environnement ont été réalisées sur notre campus Asie-Pacifique, notamment : 

  • L'installation de panneaux solaires capables de produire 41,6 kilowatts d'électricité par heure en capacité maximale. Annuellement, ces panneaux devraient générer 3 à 6 % de notre consommation d'énergie tout en réduisant considérablement notre empreinte carbone de 15,6 tonnes.

  • Cultiver notre propre jardin comestible sur le toit et fournir des produits biologiques pour notre cafétéria, mais aussi aux étudiants et au personnel. Notre jardin comestible produit plus de 20 variétés de fruits, de légumes et d'herbes aromatiques

  • L'installation de chargeurs de véhicules électriques (VE) sur notre parking, soutient l'acquisition de véhicules électriques de notre communauté.
